LEOS Pup Joints are a superior product based on quality commitment, experience and technology. Our pup-joints are made from new prime API raw material and are identifiable throughout the manufacturing process via mill certifications and other traceability measures.

• Standards - API or customer specification

• Sizes - 1” to 4-1/2” EUE & NUE, 1” to 2-1/16” IJ

• Lengths (+/- 3”) - 2’, 3’, 4’, 6’, 8’, 10’, 12’ & metric equivalents

• Options - perforated and combination threads

• Grades - J-55, L-80, N-80, N/L 80 & P-110

• Heat treatment - normalize or quench and temper

• Identification - steel stamped, paint stenciled & color coded

• Testing/inspection - electromagnetic, hydrostatic, dimensional, visual, magnetic particle, metallurgical & NDT

• American Petroleum Institute (API) Certified

APPLICATION

Pup Joints are used for:

• Adjust the length of casing/tubing string to match the required total length

• ​Adjust length of sub-assembly to appropriate handling length
